More trials are forthcoming from Penney and Associates, Chico office. See Stewart Galbraith's blog at Chicolawyer.blogspot.com. He had a fun small disputed liability auto accident rear end case that was difficult to win. Though the injuries were not serious, the plaintiff prevailed and the jury properly compensated her.
